The Role
We are establishing our L3 Support Line from the ground up, aiming to serve as the data center’s center of expertise for servers, firmware (BIOS/BMC), and advanced Linux diagnostics across Europe and the US.
This senior technical position emphasizes in-depth investigations, cross-site pattern identification, and implementing permanent solutions in collaboration with R&D and ODM vendors. You will convert intricate incidents into scalable solutions while enhancing L1/L2 capabilities through robust technical empowerment.
Work location: our data center in Israel.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
Deep Technical Investigation (Primary Focus)
- Conduct root cause analyses beyond L2 depth covering GPU failures, firmware issues, Linux-level faults, and hardware/software problems.
