Key Responsibilities Lead all phases of project management for Sports & Entertainment initiatives, from early planning through execution and post-launch review. Design and improve scalable workflows that drive operational efficiency and consistency across campaigns and activations. Coordinate cross-functional alignment among Marketing, Social Media, Partnerships, Legal, Finance, Creative, and Product groups. Identify risks, constraints, and dependencies early, and implement strategies to address them. Keep stakeholders informed through regular updates, executive reporting, and thorough project documentation. Standardize procedures for talent activations, sponsorship campaigns, live events, and partnership launches. Work with Finance and leadership to monitor budgets, resource allocation, and secure financial approvals. Assess project outcomes and lead post-mortem analyses to generate insights and recommendations for improvement. Support long-term planning by converting business objectives into structured project frameworks.

Coordinate on-site execution for live events, activations, appearances, and partnership opportunities. Oversee partnership timelines, key milestones, and reporting metrics to ensure performance standards are achieved. Work with Finance and Legal teams on payment schedules, invoicing, and contract compliance. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with agents, managers, and external stakeholders. Collaborate with Marketing, Social, Content, Creative, Product, and Legal teams to align partnership strategies with broader campaigns. Prepare partnership performance reports, recaps, and strategic insights for senior leadership. Troubleshoot partnership issues and resolve conflicts or execution challenges to protect brand reputation and ROI. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 4–7 years of experience in talent management, sports marketing, entertainment marketing, influencer marketing, or partnership management.
