We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Project Architect to join our vibrant Commercial team. Here, you will thrive in a culture that promotes collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous improvement. Our portfolio includes notable projects such as Edwards Lifesciences Campus Expansion, 801 N Brand, and 4000 MacArthur. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across our studios in California and Texas, helping to realize high-performance, community-focused designs.
Your Responsibilities:
Oversee, develop, and manage project documentation and contract administration throughout all project phases.
Guide the technical execution of projects from concept through construction, collaborating closely with a diverse team of designers and engineers.
Work with the Project Designer and Project Manager to transform design concepts into reality with clarity and accuracy.
Supervise the creation of design documentation, including schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
Perform quality control checks and research to ensure the selection of suitable products, materials, and construction techniques.
Lead the construction administration process, ensuring effective implementation and resolution of design intent on-site.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration.
