Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Lead the creation and presentation of executive-ready Weekly Business Review (WBR) decks for senior leadership. Conduct in-depth, ad hoc analyses focusing on margin, sales performance, pipeline health, marketing effectiveness, and customer behavior. Transform complex and ambiguous data sets into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, facilitating data-informed decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, finance, and digital to understand business needs and deliver impactful analytics solutions. Design, build, and optimize dashboards utilizing Looker and other BI tools to enhance reporting and enable self-service analytics. Analyze digital user journeys using clickstream data to identify optimization and growth opportunities. Conduct advanced marketing analytics, including CLTV modeling, cohort analysis, and campaign performance measurement. Support sales and financial analytics encompassing P&L analysis, forecasting, and pipeline tracking. Uphold high standards of data quality, integrity, and clarity in all deliverables. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.8+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, or a related field, ideally within B2B Retail Distribution or similar industries. Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Strong expertise in Power BI or similar BI tools.

In this role, approximately 70-80% of your time will be dedicated to crafting and presenting executive-level Weekly Business Review (WBR) presentations for senior leadership, alongside conducting comprehensive analyses to unveil trends, risks, and opportunities. The remaining time will be committed to designing and developing scalable dashboards in Looker and other business intelligence tools, facilitating business adoption and self-service analytics. This position demands exceptional storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and the capacity to distill complex, ambiguous data into clear, actionable business strategies.
