The Program Overview
Our Early Childhood Approach (ECA) program assists families in understanding their children's developmental needs, connecting them with appropriate services and resources to foster their child's growth.
Your Role and Impact
We are seeking an experienced Early Years Specialist to join our diverse team of Allied Health professionals, Social Workers, and Inclusive Education specialists. In this role, you will:
Provide support in collaboration with families to help them achieve their aspirations through evidence-based practices.
Utilize assessments and observations to customize support options for each child and family.
Empower families and caregivers by building their skills and confidence to support child development through coaching.
Facilitate connections between children, families, and community resources to promote participation in chosen activities.
