You will collaborate closely with the Stewardship Manager and full-time Stewards to uphold the highest standards of maintenance at Appleton Farms and other North Shore properties.Responsibilities:Work collaboratively under the guidance of the Stewardship Manager and full-time Steward to execute daily maintenance, stewardship, and conservation activities.Implement seasonal maintenance programs focusing on landscaping and grounds upkeep.Assist specialized teams in stewardship conservation projects as needed, including trail maintenance and agroecology.Support visitor safety and experiences through regular patrols and monitoring.

This position is perfect for someone who is flexible, enjoys working in a team environment, and can commit to 12-20 hours per week from April through November.Typical shifts are from 7:30 AM to 12 PM, with breakfast served daily between 8 AM and 10 AM.
