Engage in cultivating organic vegetables across 35 acres for our 650-member summer CSA and 200-member winter CSA. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated team focused on soil health, efficient farming systems, and premium-quality production amidst a sprawling 1000-acre property that includes a grass-fed beef operation, educational programs, and beautiful trails. Position Overview:The Farm Crew position is seasonal, offering a flexible work schedule. Responsibilities encompass various aspects of organic vegetable production for summer and winter CSAs and wholesale clients. Tasks include greenhouse and high tunnel production, field operations, vegetable harvesting, washing, and packing. Crew members will receive training in farm systems and have the chance to learn about organic and regenerative agricultural practices. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Key Responsibilities:Work closely with the farm manager, assistant manager, and fellow crew members to execute farm operations.
