Utilizing our organic produce and locally sourced grains, you will assist in crafting seasonal menu items for our on-site Farm Store, which may include vegetable preparations, fillings, soups, bagels, cookies, and granola. You may also have the opportunity to shape bread and bagel dough by hand!Your Responsibilities:Adhere to standardized recipesPrepare, cook, bake, and safely package food itemsAssist with food and bakery prep as requiredSupport large-scale event preparations and operationsManage multiple tasks efficiently under pressureFollow Standard Operating Procedures for the kitchenMaintain high sanitation and food safety standards in a clean working environmentOffer support to the Culinary Team as neededThis position is limited-term and non-exempt, reporting directly to the Culinary Program and Food Service Manager.
