The Program: Through our Early Childhood Approach (ECA) program, we assist families in understanding their children’s development and unique needs, connecting them with appropriate support services and resources to foster their child’s growth.
Your Role and Impact:
Are you seeking a fulfilling career in early childhood intervention? We are looking for an experienced Early Years Specialist to join our diverse team of Allied Health professionals, Social Workers, and Inclusive Education specialists. In this role, you will:
- Provide support in collaboration with families to help them achieve their goals using evidence-based best practices.
- Utilize assessments, observations, and your knowledge of child development to customize support options for each child and family.
- Empower families, caregivers, and professionals to build skills and confidence for everyday support of children through your coaching abilities.
- Connect children and families with community resources to facilitate their participation in chosen settings and activities.
- Maintain comprehensive records of interactions and progress.
