Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary operator in our micro clinic, welcoming patients and assisting the provider during appointments by performing necessary in-clinic tests and procedures. Utilize advanced connected devices to conduct physical exams alongside the virtual provider, including cardiac and lung assessments with a stethoscope, and ear examinations with an otoscope. Conduct in-clinic procedures such as blood draws, EKGs, urine sample processing, injections, and ear flushes. Collect and document patient medical histories, vital signs, and current medications. Ensure accurate charting and documentation of examinations, procedures, and lab orders. Resolve technical issues with devices or audio/video connections, with remote support available for more complex problems. Manage daily operations, including opening and closing the clinic. Required Qualifications:A minimum of 2 years of experience as an EMT or Paramedic in clinical settings such as clinics, primary care, urgent care, emergency departments, ICUs, or inpatient step-down units. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with remote specialty providers. Exceptional remote communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with colleagues. Quick learner with a positive, adaptable attitude towards new technologies and innovative healthcare models. Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Capacity to foster a comfortable and empathetic environment for patients. Proactive problem-solver with a genuine passion for transforming healthcare. A hands-on, can-do attitude with a drive to contribute to innovative solutions.
