Role Overview: Associate Project Manager – Substations
Location: Various (including Indianapolis, IN)
Type: Full-time
Travel: Required
The Associate Project Manager (APM) for Substations supports the planning, organization, and execution of substation projects. Working closely with the Project Manager and project teams, the APM helps monitor project scope, schedules, and budgets. This role offers hands-on experience with both new (greenfield) and upgrade (brownfield) substation work, contributing to the reliability and modernization of the power grid.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting for substation projects
- Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Monitor progress and help address challenges as they arise
- Support safe work practices and contribute to successful project outcomes
