Accellor is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Loyalty Management Cloud Architect to spearhead the design and implementation of comprehensive loyalty solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will enhance customer engagement by seamlessly integrating the Loyalty Management Cloud with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and various external business systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end loyalty architecture tailored for a credit union context, defining the target state and incremental roadmap in alignment with business objectives (OKRs) related to adoption, active members, redemption rates, and partner earnings.
- Design innovative loyalty programs, including tiers, point economics, earn/burn rules, multipliers, partner catalogs, and expirations, ensuring robust financial liability modeling and reconciliation with Finance.
- Develop a member 360 view by mapping Loyalty Members to Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Persons/Households, unifying identities across online banking, mobile, and contact centers, while establishing golden keys and consent alignment.
- Integrate with core systems and partners by orchestrating accrual events from card/core systems, building redemption APIs and POS integrations, and managing partner onboarding processes (data contracts, SLAs).
- Enable digital channels by crafting Experience Cloud components and mobile-friendly loyalty user interfaces, and defining push/email/SMS journeys using Marketing Cloud/Engagement and Data Cloud segments.
- Govern data privacy by implementing role-based access, consent capture, data retention policies, and secure sharing protocols for rewards history and behavioral data.
- Operationalize the platform by establishing monitoring systems, alerts, and playbooks for addressing accrual failures, duplicate redemptions, balance mismatches, and partner outages.
- Lead project delivery by creating solution/sequence diagrams, integration specifications, data contracts, and test strategies; guiding administrators, developers, and QA teams; and conducting design reviews and readiness assessments.
- Engage with stakeholders including Product, Marketing, Member Services, Risk/Compliance, and Legal to ensure compliant experiences and successful partner campaigns.
