SEC Reporting AnalystAs a key contributor to our Financial Reporting team, the Analyst will be responsible for the meticulous preparation of all SEC filings, including Form 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K, proxy statements, Section 16 filings, and ensuring XBRL compliance. This role will also involve reviewing and documenting new accounting standards, drafting technical accounting memos, and assisting in their implementation, while liaising with auditors as necessary. Additionally, the Analyst will engage with accounting and financial reporting matters related to potential acquisitions or divestitures, including purchase accounting, and will provide support during quarterly reviews and annual audits.Key Responsibilities:Prepare SEC reporting documents (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K) including XBRL tagging in collaboration with external service providers.Develop footnote support schedules, perform tie-out support for SEC filings, and create disclosure checklists.Assist in research and preparation of technical accounting memos.Collaborate with the general accounting team to generate corporate financial reports for internal analysis and external SEC filings.Work with the legal team to ensure compliance with SEC regulations.Coordinate with external auditors to manage quarterly reviews and annual audit processes.Provide comprehensive financial analysis, including variance explanations between actual and budgeted/previous periods.
