The Opportunity:
LG Electronics is on the lookout for a Technical Solutions Analyst to join our Technical Solutions team. In this role, you will be tasked with reviewing, analyzing, and enhancing various field service and technical solutions data related to LGEAI operations. This includes managing overall process control, work performance, monitoring technical services, analyzing inbound call statistics, handling escalated service cases, conducting data validation, reporting, cost analysis, and coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues. Additionally, you will engage in process improvement initiatives, new pilot tests, and provide support to other LGEAI departments.
