The Vice President of Clinical and Therapeutic Services plays a pivotal role within the education leadership team at Gersh Autism. This position is responsible for guiding the strategic vision, overseeing all clinical and therapeutic services, and ensuring continuous enhancement for our educational population. The ideal candidate will guarantee that services are not only of the highest quality and compliant with all regulations but also seamlessly integrated with the organization's broader initiatives. Furthermore, they will be responsive to the unique needs of the students we serve, upholding the highest standards of integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the design and execution of clinical and therapeutic services tailored for the Gersh education population.
- Supervise and mentor a diverse team of clinicians, including therapists, counselors, behavior specialists, and other service providers.
- Establish and maintain clinical standards that align with regulatory requirements and best practices in autism care and therapeutic support.
- Assess the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and programs, utilizing data and outcomes to drive improvements.
- Collaborate with school leaders and department heads to ensure that clinical services are effectively woven into educational programming.
