This endeavor requires the vehicle and factory to function as a seamless entity—integrating firmware, diagnostics, factory automation, and real-time data.The Director of Factory Software & Vehicle Diagnostics will oversee the software that drives the factory operations, the systems responsible for flashing and validating each vehicle, the controls that automate production processes, and the data infrastructure that aligns engineering with manufacturing. This leader will build and lead a multidisciplinary team encompassing software, automation, diagnostics, and data, all aimed at achieving swift, repeatable, and reliable vehicle production at an unprecedented scale.You will be responsible for architecting the comprehensive software stack that bridges the factory and the vehicle, designing automated end-of-line (EOL) and testing systems, managing firmware delivery operations, and guaranteeing that every vehicle produced is verified, traceable, and battlefield-ready.
