Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (must be a graduate). Experience: Minimum of 3 years in retail, commercial, or light construction supervision. Technical Knowledge:- Applicable regulations (local regulations, NOM-001, NOM-031, etc.)- Light construction processes- ISO 9001 quality systems- On-site safety (NOM-019, 030, 017)- Basic environmental management on-siteSkills:- Document organization and discipline- Effective communication- Field problem-solving- Basic proficiency in MS Office and tracking platformsDesirable Certifications:- DC-3 in on-site safety- Technical supervision certification- Knowledge of environmental audits

About the job

Participate in testing protocols (electrical/HVAC/plumbing), commissioning, and acceptance criteria until project completion or punchlist within 5 days.
Utilize various tools and methods including AutoCAD (review and markup), MS Project/Excel (tracking), digital logs, and professional photographic reporting.
Validate contractor schedules and integrate them into recovery plans without compromising quality or safety.
Prepare and submit change orders with supporting documentation in the client's format; apply deductions for unexecuted or non-compliant items (traceable evidence).
