Key responsibilities
- Lead merchandising strategy for eCommerce, marketplaces, dealerships, and retail channels from the Hickory office
- Set and execute product assortment, pricing, and promotional plans
- Oversee new product launches and manage the entire product lifecycle
- Analyze category performance, sales trends, and forecasts to improve margins and revenue
- Work with other leaders to ensure merchandising aligns with company goals
- Recruit, mentor, and guide a results-driven merchandising team
