Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Ensure accurate financial record-keeping, including the general ledger, journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets. Oversee bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately documented. Manage Accounts Receivable tasks, including invoicing, aging reports, and collections. Handle Accounts Payable processes, including onboarding new vendors, recording invoices, and preparing payments. Prepare and monitor monthly and annual statutory filings and payments to tax authorities, while managing cash flow and contributing to financial controls. Compile trial balances and supporting documentation for the monthly closing process. Collaborate with external auditors and prepare materials for the annual audit, contributing to team efforts as necessary. Requirements:At least 5 years of bookkeeping experience in a global high-tech company. Certification as a Bookkeeper (Level 2/3) is essential. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience with ERP systems is a plus (NetSuite preferred). Familiarity with Expense Management Systems (e.g., Mesh, Payem) is advantageous. Experience with payroll systems (e.g., Michpal) is beneficial. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities. A curious, service-oriented, and friendly demeanor when collaborating with internal teams.
