Headquartered in McLean, Virginia, we proudly serve a global clientele with offices across the U.S. and in India.Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated Security (SOC) Analyst to monitor and analyze security events and alerts reported by our SIEM on a 24/7 basis. The successful candidate will identify, investigate, and respond to suspicious or malicious activities and other cybersecurity events that may breach policy. This role involves collaborating with a dynamic team on rotating 3x12 or 4x12 hour shifts. A U.S. Government-issued Secret Clearance is mandatory, and the role requires being onsite five days a week in Herndon, VA.The analyst will handle the analysis of logs and events from various device types, including non-traditional feeds such as Human Resources data, access control information, and physical security system data.Documentation is key; the analyst will detail all information collected during security investigations and ensure that all artifacts (emails, logs, documents, URLs, screenshots, etc.) related to security events and incident investigations are accurately recorded within the SOC incident tracking application.Note: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed within the U.S. No third-party candidates will be considered.
