The Director of Agricultural & Construction Parts Sales is pivotal in steering the performance, profitability, and expansion of our Parts business across all 18 branches. This crucial leadership position spearheads the dealership's aftermarket strategy, focusing on driving revenue growth, enhancing service absorption, fostering customer retention, and optimizing inventory performance across both in-branch and field-based sales teams.
