Whether you are troubleshooting a problem independently or collaborating with a teammate or external IT partner, your goal is to provide swift solutions that allow your colleagues to get back to their work.No two days will be the same: one moment you may be assisting a colleague over the phone, and the next, you might be visiting them on-site to provide hands-on support.
