Your Responsibilities:
In this role, you will oversee the entire recruitment cycle for various technical positions, including Software Engineers, QA, DevOps, Product, and Data roles. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, define candidate profiles, and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
This position demands a balance of speed and quality, as you will manage multiple open roles while ensuring a positive and professional experience for each candidate. You will lead sourcing initiatives, conduct candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Your Profile:
