Descripción del PuestoEstamos en busca de un/a Influencer Marketing Analyst MX que sea responsable de liderar la estrategia, ejecución y optimización de colaboraciones con creadores de contenido, influencers, artistas y perfiles que resuenen con nuestra marca en México. Este rol será fundamental para fortalecer el posicionamiento de la marca, aumentar el reconocimiento, la consideración y la preferencia del consumidor, asegurando que cada colaboración produzca contenido auténtico, relevante, medible y escalable.La posición combina un enfoque estratégico, habilidades de negociación, sensibilidad hacia la marca, análisis de rendimiento y ejecución operativa completa, trabajando en conjunto con equipos internos y socios externos.ResponsabilidadesDiseñar y ejecutar estrategias de marketing de influencers alineadas con los objetivos de la marca y del negocio.Identificar, seleccionar y gestionar creadores con un alto grado de afinidad de marca, de acuerdo con métricas, objetivos y líneas de productos.Desarrollar relaciones a largo plazo con influencers clave, embajadores y perfiles estratégicos.Crear briefs de campaña, guías de contenido y lineamientos claros para colaboradores.Negociar tarifas, entregables y derechos de uso con creadores, managers y agencias.Coordinar campañas y colaboraciones de principio a fin: brief, seguimiento, entrega, revisión, publicación y cierre.Monitorear publicaciones en tiempo real y asegurar el cumplimiento de los lineamientos de marca y los objetivos de comunicación.Colaborar con el equipo de Social Media para amplificar el contenido generado en canales orgánicos y pagados.Coordinar experiencias, activaciones y eventos con creadores.Construir y mantener una base de datos segmentada y estratégica de creadores.Medir, analizar y reportar el rendimiento de las campañas, incluyendo aprendizajes y recomendaciones.Monitorear tendencias culturales, digitales y campañas de la industria para identificar oportunidades.
