We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst with approximately 8 years of experience, particularly in the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic Agile environment, playing a crucial role in aligning business requirements with technical solutions, while ensuring compliance with healthcare industry standards.Key Responsibilities:Engage with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document comprehensive business and functional requirements, with a preference for experience in the healthcare domain.Serve as the communication bridge between business users and technical teams during MS D365 implementations.Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.Draft clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements, while managing product backlogs utilizing Agile tools such as Azure DevOps and JIRA.Conduct gap analyses between existing processes and MS D365 functionalities; propose actionable improvements.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, architects, and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality solutions.Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), develop training materials, and assist in change management efforts.Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations like HIPAA, HL7, or FHIR standards when applicable.Continuously assess business processes to identify opportunities for enhancements and automation via MS D365 features.
