Available Shifts:1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM3rd Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM Key Responsibilities:Adhere to safety protocols, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and relevant manufacturing procedures.Assemble products, components, and sub-assemblies of various types and sizes using both standard and specialized tools.Conduct tasks such as pressing, soldering, clamping, and inspecting parts using gauges and fixtures.Demonstrate the capacity to consistently achieve daily production targets while maintaining high-quality standards post-training.Set up and operate equipment while performing minor maintenance and troubleshooting.Follow departmental guidelines for material replenishment.Assist in the training of new manufacturing staff.Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance.Must maintain a flexible schedule and demonstrate punctuality.Collaborate effectively in a team environment.Perform additional tasks as assigned. Physical Requirements:Ability to perform work under magnification for extended periods.Capable of standing or sitting for long durations and lifting up to 30 lbs (more than 30 lbs with assistance).Repetitive hand usage required for various tasks. Work Environment:Exposure to manufacturing chemicals may be required.Occasional minor discomfort from noise or odors may be present.Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided. Training Requirements:On-the-job training, adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are mandatory for this position. COVID-19 Employment Requirements:Employment may require proof of full COVID-19 vaccination, with testing options available in certain locations.
