KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE / BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
Provide exceptional service by engaging with customers, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that reflects KIKO standards in attitude, attire, and makeup.
Achieve business objectives in collaboration with the Store Manager, focusing on customer experience, sales, and KPIs.
Meet customer needs through effective cross-selling of products.
Complete all BeKIKO training modules, quizzes, and other educational requirements.
Communicate with management regarding any issues affecting customer experience and KPI achievements, including trends, stock, and store cleanliness.
As a team member, you may have the chance to take on the role of 'Beauty Tutor,' assisting the Store Manager in training the store team.
PROCEDURES & POLICIES EXECUTION
Ensure compliance with all KIKO standards within the store.
Maintain KIKO protocols as outlined in the KIKO STORE BOOK and communicated by the Store Manager.
Contribute to maintaining high standards in store presentation, merchandising, and customer care.
Stay updated on market trends to enhance customer engagement.
