This pivotal role focuses on understanding client solutions and spearheading the delivery of intricate enterprise and institutional solutions. You will oversee the entire delivery lifecycle for assigned projects, ensuring seamless execution from initial solution shaping through to operational readiness and ongoing success.As part of the Service & Enterprise Solutions team, you will serve as the key point of contact for client delivery outcomes. This position marries strategic solution definition with meticulous program and project management, collaborating closely with clients as well as Commercial, Solution Architecture, Integration, Product, and Engineering teams to guarantee that solutions are well-defined, deliverable, executed reliably, and transitioned smoothly into production.While overarching delivery strategy and portfolio governance are managed at the Director level, you will be responsible for ensuring that client solution needs are thoroughly understood, scoped, planned, and delivered with excellence, maintaining strong program execution discipline, governance, and risk management.Key Responsibilities:Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing team to enhance the delivery of financial services solutionsOversee the complete solution delivery lifecycle for complex enterprise and institutional client projects, from initial solution definition and delivery planning to implementation, go-live, and ongoing operationsCollaborate with clients and Commercial teams during pre-sales and deal structuring to identify solution needs, delivery scope, success criteria, and operational expectationsConvert solution requirements into actionable delivery plans, ensuring that scope, timelines, resources, and quality standards are met
