Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As the Digital Merchandising Manager for the EMEA region, you will spearhead the comprehensive execution, accessibility, and performance of digital merchandising initiatives. Your role is pivotal in merging product clarity, inventory management, and merchandising insights, ensuring our guests can effortlessly discover and select the perfect gear when they need it.
By translating data into tangible actions, you will align website navigation, category structures, and storytelling with inventory levels, market demands, and seasonal trends. Your strategic decisions will harmonize guest expectations with commercial objectives and brand authenticity, directly influencing conversion rates, product availability, and customer trust.
This position is based at our Garching office, conveniently located near Munich, with a flexible hybrid work model available (2 days in the office, 2 days remote, and 1 day at the manager's discretion). Candidates must have eligibility to work in Germany.
