Leveraging AI and automation to enhance productivity is essential, but a clear understanding of priorities, trade-offs, and execution is paramount.Your ResponsibilitiesOversee the comprehensive delivery of Replit's most challenging cross-functional projects, with a primary focus on Agent development.Facilitate collaboration across Product, Engineering, Research, Go-To-Market, and Leadership teams by identifying dependencies, risks, and conflicts early in the process.Act as the technical liaison between teams, adeptly following architectural decisions, challenging assumptions, and translating trade-offs without impeding progress.Establish and maintain operational rhythms for programs, including milestones, reviews, decision logs, and retrospectives.Utilize AI, automation, and agent workflows to enhance program management efficiency (status synthesis, risk identification, incident follow-ups, guardrails, retrospectives).Manage additional high-stakes programs as required, such as enterprise initiatives and external integrations.Collaborate closely with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to ensure clarity in ownership and accountability without overlap.Required Skills and Experience8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a related field, with a proven ability to lead complex, high-impact projects.Strong technical expertise in areas such as distributed architecture, infrastructure, platform engineering, or AI/ML.Exceptional communication skills with a straightforward style and strong decision-making capabilities.Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and independently drive progress—this is a high-impact individual contributor role.Preferred QualificationsExperience in software development life cycles and methodologies.Familiarity with Agile project management principles.Passion for AI technologies and their applications in software development.
