This role involves leading the Field Sales Manager and Flagship Manager teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication across the region to facilitate the sharing of best practices and effective reporting. The successful candidate will analyze and respond to immediate trade risks and opportunities, manage cost fluctuations according to trading patterns, and hold overall accountability for the sales, profitability, and productivity within their region. The goal is to maintain consistency across all retailers regarding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as footfall and conversion rates, average transaction values, customer experience metrics, data collection, social advocacy, and employee net promoter scores (eNPS), both in-store and online. *This role offers flexibility and can be based anywhere within the UK, with occasional travel to our London HQ. Typically, it involves working from home on Mondays and Fridays, with store visits in between.*Role AccountabilitiesCommercial Leadership:Achieve retail sales in line with forecasted targets, ensuring the region meets its total retail sales goals while maintaining optimal and consistent KPI performance as outlined in the REOP strategy.Collaborate with the Senior National Account Manager on store-level forecasts, aligning associated targets with the Retail Sales and Operations Manager.Implement robust weekly actions and mid-week adjustments to drive performance.
