This role is instrumental in training team members, coordinating site operations, and ensuring full compliance with safety regulations and standards. Key Responsibilities:• Lead technician on-site, managing daily crew operations while ensuring compliance with project scope, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks.• Execute climbs and work on communication towers and elevated structures up to 500 feet.• Oversee the installation, alignment, and troubleshooting of antennas, radios, hybrid cables, connectors, and mounts.• Interpret and ensure the accurate execution of construction drawings, site plans, and RF specifications.• Conduct advanced testing and troubleshooting, including sweep testing, PIM testing, and fiber/connector inspections.• Perform quality assurance checks to guarantee all work meets customer and company standards.• Maintain and inspect rigging, hoisting, and climbing equipment to ensure safety and proper usage.
