Job Function:The FCS Local Business Head, ISPEC will spearhead the implementation of the divisional strategy across North America to drive growth and enhance value creation. Working closely with the Global Head of Business, the Local Business Head plays a pivotal role in shaping the Global Sales & Marketing strategy aligned with the pertinent Business Segments, including Industrial Machinery, Chem/Pharma, Alternative Fuels, Motorsport, and Nuclear. Key responsibilities include:Formulating and executing the North American Strategic plan for the Business Segment.Creating a localized marketing strategy, identifying market needs, and translating them into specific product and solution requirements.Determining pricing strategies for each customer project.Enhancing customer satisfaction levels.Driving revenue growth for both new and existing customers.Collaborating with the Global Head of Business in crafting the global sales and marketing strategy, providing insights on local business demands.This role demands a deep understanding of the North American market, involving diverse functions related to strategy formulation, sales, marketing, and customer service, while ensuring close cooperation with the Global Business team to boost revenues and market share.Reports to:North American FCS Local Division DirectorResponsibilities and Objectives:Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing Sales Team to realize strategic goals.Establish team objectives, define KPIs, and ensure accountability.Develop and implement a comprehensive North American strategic Sales & Marketing plan to chart the commercial pathway for growth and profitability.Oversee performance management to ensure sales and marketing objectives are met within targeted budgets.Ensure compliance with divisional Sales & Marketing standards.Work alongside both North American and International cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Sales Admin, Marketing, Finance) to ensure strategic coherence and execution of the Business Plan.Manage internal CRM reporting.Key Focus Areas:Craft distinctive value propositions across various market segments leveraging Stäubli’s extensive product portfolio of mono and multicouplings, encompassing Motorsports, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Alternative Fuels, and Industrial Machinery.Specification of Stäubli products with OEMs and End Users.Establish and nurture strong relationships with local integrated suppliers.Target Applications:Electrolyte filling and draining.Alternative fuel dispensing systems.
