flatgigs is on the lookout for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our tech team, which includes roles such as backend engineers, frontend developers, AI specialists, Machine Learning experts, IoT engineers, GIS analysts, as well as iOS and Android developers. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the tech team to prioritize needs and lead the recruitment process to attract top talent.
This position starts as a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension or a transition to a full-time role.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring teams to oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
- Identify, engage, and assess both passive and active candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Enhance the candidate experience by fostering engagement throughout the application process.
- Develop and implement creative strategies to attract passive candidates, including partnerships, internships, and sourcing campaigns.
- Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.
- Conduct interviews based on position specifications, evaluating candidates on both soft and technical skills, with an added advantage if you can assess coding tasks.
- Generate recruitment reports and dashboards for regular updates.
What We Are Looking For:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in tech recruitment, either in-house or agency-based.
- Background or certification in Software Engineering.
- Strong multitasking abilities and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ATS platforms.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing candidates.
- Proactive approach with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven record in bulk hiring, including sourcing, recruiting, and closing technical roles.
