In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in broadening our client base, overseeing the entire sales cycle, and propelling revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, referrals, networking, and attending industry events.
- Oversee the complete sales process from lead acquisition to deal closure, including qualification, solution demonstrations, negotiation, and contract signing.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, regularly updating our CRM and tracking essential metrics.
- Engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers to secure high-value deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and legal to facilitate seamless onboarding and alignment of solutions.
- Represent GoGlobal at client meetings and industry events (some travel may be necessary).
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within professional services such as Global Expansion, Payroll, Accounting & Taxes, or Outsourcing.
- Expertise in building a sales pipeline through various channels, including:
- Proactively prospecting accounts (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, outbound email campaigns, etc.)
- Nurturing a network of referral partners to generate strong leads
- Participating in or organizing industry events to connect with prospects and partners
- Leveraging an existing network of contacts
- Employing creative and proactive tactics to generate new leads (we encourage innovative approaches, from business park visits to digital outreach).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience engaging with C-level executives and successfully closing complex deals.
- Highly organized, strategic, and comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first global team environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
