Job OverviewIn the role of Senior Retoucher, you will oversee all aspects of image editing processes for both Production (product pages) and Creative (marketing content). Your responsibilities will encompass image quality control, efficiency in processes, and budget oversight. The Production team currently processes over 500 products daily (resulting in more than 2,000 images), which are retouched and returned from an external partner within 24-48 hours. The Marketing teams conduct shoots for approximately 3-4 creative campaigns each month. If you're successful in this role, you’ll establish and promote Namshi's image editing standards for our external partners and collaborate with the Image Coordinator to prioritize workloads for timely image uploads based on business needs. When necessary, you will manage the editing of creative images, ensuring a quick and efficient turnaround of marketing assets while overseeing the post-production workflow.Responsibilities· System Implementations – Collaborate with the Head of Production and Technology team to identify and implement an effective post-production workflow solution.· Production Retouching – Perform daily image retouching on high-priority or high-value products in alignment with business needs.· Creative Retouching – Enhance all creative assets while ensuring a rapid turnaround of high-quality images.· Studio Photography Support – Provide daily communication and technical assistance to photographers to reduce post-production workload.
