Job Overview
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and accomplished Sales Team Leader to spearhead our customer acquisition and revenue growth initiatives in the UAE market. This role entails leading, nurturing, and inspiring a sales team to consistently meet targets while fostering a competitive and innovative market presence.
The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, strategic, and deeply committed to cultivating robust customer relationships while empowering their team to excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective team leadership.
- Guide the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Formulate and implement strategic sales plans that align with corporate goals.
- Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships by grasping client needs and delivering personalized solutions.
- Leverage existing network to aid the sales team in securing enterprise-level clients.
- Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and remain updated on competitor activities and product innovations.
- Prepare and deliver precise sales forecasts, revenue reports, and performance insights to management.
- Ensure team members are accountable for performance, mindset, and alignment with company values.
- Recruit, onboard, mentor, and continuously develop sales representatives.
- Track performance metrics and initiate improvement plans as necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of robust experience in F&B, Foodtech, or B2B sales environments.
- At least 2 years of proven sales leadership experience in the UAE market.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and forecasting skills.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Extensive network within the F&B industry.
