The Sales & Conversion Trainer is pivotal in driving revenue growth by enhancing conversion rates among frontline teams. This position involves hands-on collaboration with customer-facing staff to establish best practices, provide performance coaching, refine sales scripts, and develop consistent training methodologies aimed at increasing both car purchases and sales, as well as maximizing revenue per interaction.

Elevate conversion rates across various branches and sales channels.
Enhance closing abilities of all customer-facing personnel.
Minimize revenue loss through improved scripts, behaviors, and operational standards.
Develop a scalable training framework across the UAE and KSA.
Main Responsibilities
1) On-site Coaching and Performance Enhancement
Engage with teams in branches, call centers, and inspection hubs.
Analyze live calls and customer interactions to pinpoint performance deficits.
Conduct individualized coaching and practical, deal-oriented training sessions for swift performance uplift.
Assist underperformers with structured development plans and ongoing coaching support.
2) Sales Scripts and Standardization
Catalog successful conversations and behaviors from real customer interactions.
Create standardized scripts for vehicle purchasing, selling, and service upselling.
Develop objection-handling libraries and establish benchmarks for desirable behaviors.
Ensure uniform script usage across teams and refresh based on performance analytics.
3) Training Programs and Onboarding
Design and implement structured training initiatives for customer-facing teams.
Establish onboarding processes centered on conversion and closing techniques.
Facilitate weekly workshops, daily micro-training sessions, and role-play exercises.
Collaborate with team leaders to translate training into practical behavioral changes.
4) Conversion Analytics (in collaboration with BI)
Define performance metrics for conversion by branch, channel, and team.
Collaborate with BI to develop and sustain a user-friendly conversion dashboard.
Monitor results weekly, identify underlying issues, and propose actionable solutions.
Evaluate the impact of training initiatives and provide regular updates to leadership.
5) Recruitment Support and Capability Assessment
Assist HR and line managers with practical evaluations for sales candidates.
Establish capability benchmarks for closers and customer service roles.
Identify high-potential internal candidates and support their development strategies.
6) AI Integration (supportive role)
Transform high-performing scripts into structured prompts and workflows for AI applications.
Provide insights to Product/Tech regarding potential automation or testing opportunities.
Review AI-generated scripts against proven human interactions for quality assurance.
