By acquiring the right products at the right time and price, the Purchaser plays a significant role in sustaining operations and enhancing the overall success and reliability of the company’s projects.Your Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all procurement activities for materials and services, including:Receiving and thoroughly evaluating Purchase Requisitions (PRs)Issuing Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and ensuring timely responsesNegotiating prices, quality standards, and delivery conditions, along with preparing Bid AnalysesIssuing Purchase Orders (POs) and liaising with vendorsMonitoring delivery schedules and payment statusesProcurement of diverse materials, including but not limited to:MEP materialsStructural steelFastenersSignageLifting and safety equipmentIndustrial and commercial gasesFirefighting equipment, etc.Maintain regular communication with requisition owners, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure effective procurement processes.Consistently follow up with suppliers to guarantee timely delivery of materials.Prepare and process Purchase Orders and related documentation as per company policies and procedures.Generate weekly and monthly procurement reports for management evaluation.

Your expertise will drive vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and the overall procurement process for facade components.Key Responsibilities:Identify and assess potential suppliers for facade materials based on specific project needs.Oversee the procurement process from the request for quotation (RFQ) to the issuance of purchase orders.Negotiate competitive pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms with suppliers.Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure timely material sourcing.Monitor supplier performance and proactively resolve any delivery or quality issues.Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for compliance and audits.Stay informed about market trends and innovations in facade materials.

By facilitating efficient procurement processes, this position helps minimize delays, manage costs, and enable project teams to operate effectively.Your ResponsibilitiesSupport the preparation and management of all purchasing activities related to materials and services, which includes:Receiving Purchase Requisitions (PRs)Issuing Requests for Quotation (RFQs)Drafting Purchase Orders (POs) and liaising with vendorsMonitoring deliveries and processing paymentsAssist the Purchasing Team and Purchasing Supervisor in the development of Purchase Orders and various departmental reports.Help expedite material deliveries to ensure they arrive on time at project sites.Create internal documentation such as memos, reports, bid analyses, vendor registration forms, and other procurement-related documents.Coordinate with project sites and internal departments regarding open POs, unresolved issues, and status updates.
