About Deliveroo ODG
Deliveroo ODG plays a vital role in our rapid grocery delivery service, striving to deliver groceries to customers in as little as 15 minutes. Whether it’s a weekly grocery haul or a late-night snack, we partner with trusted grocers to ensure speedy and accurate deliveries.
The ODG team is forming strategic partnerships with key grocery providers across the UAE to establish a mix of picker and non-picker sites. Our picker locations fulfill orders through specialists trained to manage operations efficiently and pack orders swiftly.

The Role
As the Area Manager, you will be a key leader overseeing remote Live Operations support for third-party ODC partners and managing the performance and growth of the Retail category, which includes non-food and pharmacy partners. Your focus will be on optimizing operational execution, specifically reducing rejections and cancellations across all retail partners. You'll lead a dedicated Live Ops and Retail team, building robust relationships with the Commercial Retail team, and spearheading strategic initiatives and projects, including seasonal campaigns like Valentine's Day activations.
