We seek a Mid Market Team Lead to join our enthusiastic Dubai office. In this pivotal role, you will enhance and support our mid-market restaurant partners, ranging from local favorites to national franchises, by leading a high-performing team of consultants who leverage data to drive partner success.

Your Responsibilities
You will be an integral part of the Account Management team. As restaurant consultants, we utilize data analytics and industry insights to deliver top-tier support and strategic value to our partners.
Here’s a glimpse into your daily activities:
Lead and Coach: Manage and nurture a team of Account Managers, establishing clear priorities and performance expectations to help them achieve their fullest potential.
Segment Strategy: Define and oversee the growth strategy for the Mid Market segment, pinpointing risks and opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
Commercial Negotiation: Engage in high-level negotiations with key partners, ensuring optimal outcomes for both Deliveroo and our stakeholders.
Drive Tool Adoption: Equip your team to market and implement Deliveroo’s toolkit and features to assist partners in optimizing their businesses.
Operational Excellence: Ensure consistency across your portfolio through frequent performance reviews and the dissemination of best practices throughout the team.
