Together, we can build projects that make a difference!Key Responsibilities:Review Invitation to Tender (ITT), technical specifications, scope of work, P&IDs, plot plans, layouts, and project drawings thoroughly.Identify the mechanical and piping scope boundaries, exclusions, and risks within tender documents.Prepare necessary tender clarifications and technical inquiries.Verify quantities against engineering drawings, isometrics, and specifications accurately.Develop comprehensive cost estimates for mechanical and piping installations, including:Equipment installationPiping fabrication and erectionValves and specialty itemsStructural and pipe supportsHydrotesting, flushing, and mechanical completion activitiesCalculate labor productivity, manpower requirements, and equipment resources.Create unit rates, cost build-ups, and construction cost models based on historical data and project needs.Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors effectively.Maintain estimation databases, productivity norms, and cost benchmarks.Capture lessons learned and historical data to enhance future estimates.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.5–7 years of relevant experience in EPC projects, specifically within the Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Petrochemical sectors.In-depth knowledge of mechanical equipment installation and piping fabrication/erection processes.Proven experience in cost estimation, quantity take-off, and BOQ preparation.Strong ability to read and interpret:Equipment ListsP&IDsPiping IsometricsGA DrawingsEquipment LayoutsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimation tools.
