Engagement Director, Enterprise Learning Operations

We are looking for an accomplished Engagement Director to spearhead our large-scale enterprise learning operations in the UAE. This pivotal onsite leadership position comes with comprehensive accountability for operational excellence, governance, financial performance, and collaboration with senior stakeholders.

You will represent Infopro Learning as the key onsite leader for our program, delivering day-to-day leadership across diverse learning services while fostering long-term stability, performance, and innovation within a well-established enterprise framework.

What You Will Own
Onsite Leadership and Operational Oversight
Provide consistent, visible onsite leadership across enterprise learning operations environments in the UAE.
Manage daily operational performance, service quality, and issue resolution across multiple integrated workstreams.
Monitor real-time delivery metrics and take proactive measures to ensure service excellence.
Conduct regular operational reviews with embedded leaders to ensure alignment, escalations, and accountability.
Foster trust and confidence through a strong, credible leadership presence with senior enterprise stakeholders.
Strategic Partnership and Engagement Leadership
Act as the senior relationship owner for complex learning engagements, collaborating with senior operational and business leaders.
Develop and implement an account strategy aligned with enterprise priorities and Infopro Learning’s regional growth objectives.
Lead quarterly performance and planning reviews focusing on outcomes, value realization, and continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities for capability expansion, scope evolution, and long-term partnership growth.
Provide hands-on advisory support across the learning lifecycle as needed.
Governance, Risk, and Quality Management
Implement and uphold robust governance frameworks aligned with contractual commitments and service standards.
Chair governance forums and deliver transparent reports on performance, risks, and improvement initiatives.
Enforce quality assurance, compliance, and escalation protocols across all delivery activities.
