Help AG is actively seeking a dynamic and skilled Inside Sales Representative (UAE National) to join our innovative team in Dubai. In this role, you will play a crucial part in qualifying and nurturing leads sourced from a variety of marketing channels such as events, website inquiries, social media, and other non-sales avenues. We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented individual with excellent communication abilities who can foster relationships with potential clients. Your responsibilities will also include creating engaging email follow-ups, guiding prospects through the sales process, and facilitating meaningful interactions that progress leads to the next stage in the sales funnel.
Responsibilities:
Qualify and nurture inbound leads from diverse channels, ensuring high-quality leads are channeled to the sales team.
Identify decision-makers and assess potential for further engagement.
Proactively reach out to prospects through phone, email, and other digital means to invite them to events, webinars, and seminars.
Maintain a targeted list of event attendees to ensure relevant stakeholders are invited to appropriate sessions.
Follow up with attendees post-events to express gratitude, address inquiries, and continue discussions.
Create personalized email templates to guide prospects towards the next phase post-conversation.
Coordinate and schedule meetings between prospects and Business Development Managers or Pre-Sales teams for in-depth discussions.
Ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads by providing the sales team with insights into customer pain points and interests.
Track all lead interactions using CRM tools, ensuring precise records of touchpoints, actions, and follow-ups.
Engage proactively with leads to help them move through the sales pipeline, cultivating strong relationships and providing value throughout.
