Role overview
The Inside Sales Executive - Automotive Sector focuses on developing and maintaining customer relationships while promoting Dubizzle’s car services. This position blends phone-based sales with occasional in-person visits. Success in this role comes from understanding each customer’s needs and providing tailored solutions to achieve or surpass sales targets.
What you will do
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting new clients to closing deals, ensuring a positive experience at every stage.
- Identify and qualify leads from various sources, including cold, warm, and hot prospects.
- Engage with clients to assess their needs and recommend suitable services and packages.
- Create and present customized proposals, maintaining professional communication across multiple channels.
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with customers.
- Match offers to each client’s specific requirements and preferences.
- Act as a trusted advisor by offering ongoing support and practical solutions.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Accurately record customer interactions, opportunities, and sales results in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to sales management to help refine processes and strengthen Dubizzle’s presence in the market.
- Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
- Represent Dubizzle Cars with professionalism and uphold the company’s reputation in every interaction.
- Conduct all sales activities with integrity and professionalism.
