Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and experienced Global PR & Events Manager to spearhead our global public relations initiatives, brand experiences, corporate communications, and event strategies. The ideal candidate will create unforgettable experiences that resonate with our community and reinforce our brand identity. You will take charge of leading and executing impactful consumer and trade PR initiatives, corporate communications, CSR programs under KAYALI Cares, and proactive crisis communication planning. This role is pivotal in supporting both new and existing brand initiatives to boost awareness, enhance brand equity, and establish KAYALI as a leading authority in the fragrance category.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance and elevate the public image of Mona Kattan and KAYALI through strategic PR initiatives.
- Implement CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives under KAYALI Cares, ensuring strategic impact, compliance, and strong brand integration.
- Craft purpose-driven storytelling across PR, events, and corporate communications.
- Monitor media and public sentiment to proactively identify issues and prepare crisis communication strategies.
- Develop and execute corporate communication strategies to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Manage reputation and address sensitive issues with timely, strategic responses in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Plan and implement comprehensive event strategies that align with marketing objectives and brand values.
