This role involves establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with our collaborators, identifying new commercial opportunities, and negotiating top-tier reciprocal support to seamlessly bring the Tilbury magic to life both in-store and online.The ideal candidate will possess a commercial acumen, a creative mindset, and a passion for the beauty industry, demonstrating a strong ability to achieve ambitious growth targets.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain robust relationships across various levels and functions to ensure collaborative operations, positioning Charlotte Tilbury to capture a significant share of voice, visibility, and market presence.Assist in retail and net sales forecasting, adhering to all financial timelines and budget submissions while identifying risks and opportunities promptly.Oversee monthly ordering cycles, managing the ordering and shipping processes in close collaboration with Supply Chain and demand planners to ensure precision.Facilitate successful commercial negotiations regarding terms, pricing, distribution, and in-store visibility, collaborating with Buying and Merchandising teams.Maintain a comprehensive understanding of retail contexts, category dynamics, and specific store performance metrics.
