We are in search of a meticulous and dependable Financial Professional to oversee financial transactions, ensure precise reporting, and enhance the fiscal well-being of our organization. The perfect candidate will possess exceptional analytical abilities, a solid understanding of UAE financial regulations, and the capacity to excel in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management & Reporting:
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger, journals, and financial statements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor cash flow and create forecasts
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
2. Budgeting & Analysis:
- Support in the development of annual budgets and ongoing forecasts
- Conduct variance analysis and explain budget discrepancies
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize costs and enhance operational efficiency
3. Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Accurately process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue payments
- Reconcile bank statements to ensure accurate transaction posting
4. Tax & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to UAE VAT regulations, including timely filing of returns and maintaining accurate tax records
- Coordinate with external auditors and assist in the audit preparation process
- Maintain financial records in compliance with local regulatory and internal policy standards
5. Systems & Software:
- Utilize accounting software effectively to manage records and generate reports
- Ensure data integrity across finance systems
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities as feasible
