Position Overview
As a Field Education Trainer, you will be instrumental in enhancing brand visibility and driving sales growth by delivering exceptional training to retail teams. Your expertise will equip our partners with the essential knowledge and skills to optimize customer experiences and maximize product sell-through.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver dynamic and impactful product training sessions to retail teams across MEASAT.
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs focused on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compelling brand narratives.
- Provide hands-on coaching and support to in-store teams to boost sales performance.
- Monitor stock levels consistently and collaborate with inventory management to address discrepancies.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with retailers and Beauty Advisors to ensure consistent brand representation.
- Partner with Commercial and Marketing teams to align training initiatives with overarching brand objectives.
- Gather and analyze feedback on store performance, customer insights, and competitor activities.
- Facilitate engaging masterclasses, events, and conventions across the MEASAT market.
- Uphold brand messaging and standards across all points of distribution.
