The Executive Assistant to C-Suite Executives will play a key role in supporting KAYALI’s leadership team in Dubai. This position requires strong organizational ability, discretion, and an understanding of luxury brands. The assistant will help ensure daily operations run smoothly and will contribute to the company’s ongoing growth and innovation. Main responsibilities Calendar and travel management: Coordinate complex global schedules, arrange meetings and investor calls, and manage international travel logistics. Prepare executives with relevant materials and local context for each engagement. Communication and stakeholder liaison: Act as the primary contact for executives, handling communications between internal teams and external partners. Prioritize urgent matters, draft responses, and represent KAYALI’s values in all interactions. Strategic support: Prepare briefing documents, presentations, and reports for board meetings and market analysis. Assist with KPI tracking, budgeting, and expense reporting for executive review. Project and event coordination: Organize initiatives that span departments, such as leadership meetings and strategic planning sessions. Location This role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
